ESSA 2026 Registration

Privacy Statement: The Expanded Senior Slo-Pitch Association takes the privacy of our member’s data seriously and will only use your personal information for Association administrative purposes and for communications with you about your membership.

The league is open to all genders, and runs Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:15 AM to noon, mid-May thru mid-September. You must be at least 55 years old in the 2026 calendar year to participate. Proof of age will be required before playing IF YOU DID NOT REGISTER IN 2025.

This is an organized slo-pitch league and a level of commitment is expected. If you will miss a substantial number of games, you should consider being a spare.

Full-time Early Bird registration fee is $130 (until December 1, 2025), which includes the Fall Banquet.
Full-time regular registration fee is $150 (after December 1, 2025), which includes the Fall Banquet.
Spare registration fee is $50.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement

Please Read Carefully! I recognize that a risk of injury or potential health risk may be involved with participation in the Expanded Senior Slo-Pitch Association. I hereby willingly assume full responsibility for such risk of injury or health risk for myself before, during and after my participation in this activity or any associated or related activities. In consideration of the acceptance of my application and the permission to participate in the activity, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Expanded Senior Slo-Pitch Association, and all their respective agents, employees, officials, servants, contractors, representatives, elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages costs and actions whatsoever and however caused, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the program or any of its associated activities.
